Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico to the United States.
•Shipping rate: Flat rate of $6.00 USD per order
•Carrier: USPS
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as USPS delays or seasonal demand. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Once the package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.🤍🌿
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (jewelry), all sales are normally final.
Exceptions:
Returns for store credit are accepted within 15 days if items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
•Replacements are available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
•To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Please note:
•Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
•Returns are not accepted after 15 days
•We do not accept claims for normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
